Ernie joined Dawson Sales in September 2021.  He has broad R&D experience in the food industry over the past 33 years with a diverse background of cross functional technical expertise in product development, formulation, and commercialization for Quaker Oats (PepsiCo) in granola and baked bars, oatmeal, rice cakes, cereals, side dishes, mixes, and confectionery.
